The DN500 High Expansion Foam Generator is a versatile portable firefighting solution engineered for both high-expansion foam generation and ventilation support in emergency operations. Constructed entirely from aluminium alloy with polyester coating and hard anodised finish, it ensures excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life in harsh operational environments. Operating at a flow rate of 225 litres per minute at 6–7 bar, the unit introduces foam concentrate through a dedicated pick-up tube, enabling efficient and consistent foam production for large-area fire suppression. Available in two configurations—fixed 500:1 expansion or variable expansion ranging from 500 to 1200—it provides flexibility to suit different firefighting scenarios.
