CROLL® L is a high-performance chest ascender engineered for efficient and safe rope climbing in professional rope access, rescue, and industrial work-at-height environments across UAE, GCC countries, and Africa. Designed for use with BASIC or ASCENSION ascenders, it significantly improves rope ascent efficiency by maintaining optimal body alignment and reducing climbing effort. The lower attachment hole is angled to keep the device flat against the chest, while the upper attachment point allows secure connection to a TORSE shoulder strap for stable positioning during ascent. Its pinch-open safety catch ensures quick and simple handling, even while wearing gloves. The wide rope groove minimizes friction, making it suitable for large-diameter, swollen, or rigid ropes ranging from 8 to 13 mm. Equipped with a stainless steel toothed cam and self-cleaning slot, it delivers reliable performance even in harsh conditions such as mud, ice, or dirt. The aluminum frame provides lightweight durability and corrosion resistance for long-term use.
